GENERAL NOTE

 

Glass items:

All painting and glass cutting is done by hand. Each piece will vary slightly and will be one of a kind. Therefore, the product you receive maybe slightly different from the item pictured in the listing unless stated otherwise.  Colour presentation on your computer screen may differ. Occasional bubbles are expected in fused glass, contributing to the folk art physicality that is part of the charm.

Feel rest assured knowing that your piece will be made with the utmost quality and care that goes into making all of Fused Glass Diva's original fused glass items.

 

Watercolour:

Watercolour paintings are original. The photo on the Fused Glass Diva website is the painting you are purchasing. Colour presentation on your computer screen may differ.

DAMAGED GOODS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Fused Glass Diva puts a lot of time, love, and effort into each of fused glass works and am confident that your item will reflect this. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact Lori and she will work with you to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

 

Authorized Returns Only.

You will be required to supply a written reason as to why you are requesting a refund.

There is a restocking charge of 50% on all returns.

Authorized return items must be returned in its original condition, and properly re-packaged (in its own original packaging if possible) for a safe return.

Customer pays for all shipping fees encountered when making a refund.

Returning items must be received by Fused Glass Diva within 21 calendar days of your original receipt date.

No credit refund (via method of original payment) will occur until item is received in original condition by Fused Glass Diva.

 

Damaged Goods.

Always inspect you unopened package for damage before you open it. If the box is damaged, please take safety precatutions (you may be dealing with broken glass) and take photos of the box damage before you attempt to open it.

 

In The Case of Breakage Upon Arrival.

Shipments are tracked and insured against lost not against breakage. Despite our every effort of having your order arrive safe and sound, it “is” or is "partly" glass and therefore breakable. It is also processed by a third party carrier. Sometimes, bad things just happen.

Upon arrival of order, inspect the exterior of package before opening. If there is anything suspicious or not quite right, take a photo of what is concerning you. Open carefully if you suspect damage. If there is damage, take photos again. Do not remove it from the packaging. Pictures take the place of a thousand words. Email the photos to Lori immediately (within 48 hours of the delivery time from package tracking) with your thoughts and theories as to how you think this breakage occurred.

After all information is communicated, Lori will make a decision and give instruction on whether the item is a candidate for return back to Fused Glass Diva or if it should be disposed on site.

Custom.

Fused Glass Diva creates the item specific to the customer, therefore cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Cancelled classes 

​Due to scheduling and studio facilities for classes , Fuse Glass Diva cannot refund  classes. Please check the dates carefully before signing up. If you miss a class, you run the risk of not being able to complete all the projects.

Weather related cancellations require a "police warning" to stay off the roads in the Halifax Regional Municipality. Missed classes will generally be a class added on to the end of the class session.
